 Appointment & Cancellation Policy

To respect our providers' time, we enforce the following policies:

• Notice Requirement: We require at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling.

• Fees: Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice or "No-Shows" will be will not receive a refund for the booking fee.

• Late Arrivals: Arriving more than [10-15] minutes late may result in a shortened treatment or cancellation with a fee.

• No Guarantees: Aesthetic outcomes vary by individual. While we strive for excellence, we do not guarantee specific results.

• Refund Policy: All services and pre-paid packages are non-refundable. Spa credit may be issued at management's sole discretion.
